Like the garages of our tech industry peers, NCT began in an airplane hanger.  

 

NCT founder and CTO, Vaughn Mulcrone had a revolutionary idea: productized document management solutions that evolve with customer needs. His vision hinged on discerning industry pain points and creating sustainable, intuitive solutions through ongoing client dialogue and relationship. He knew it was imperative that our NCT customers trust that CaseWorks will solve their process problems today and anticipate the changes they'll encounter tomorrow.  So, in the corner of a small airplane hanger, NCT's first office, CaseWorks was born.

From that spark of an idea in 2008, to our first deployment in 2010, to our game-changing rapid releases during 2020, NCT has grown to be the #1 choice for Minnesota Health and Human Services teams. And we're not stopping there! Our next chapter is still being written...
