County workers and human services professionals can import and share important documents directly with their clients.

CaseWorksTM Portal allows county workers and human services professionals to request necessary documents from clients via a secure portal.

View Secure Documents

Clients with access to CaseWorksTM Portal will have secure access to view and download shared documents for 30 days.

Automated Case Assignments

Portal documents within CaseWorksTM Portal are automatically assigned and routed to the caseworker.

Supports Non-CaseWorksTM Files and Documents

CaseWorksTM Portal allows caseworkers and human services professionals to share case files and documents between departments - no matter what county they are employed by or if they use the CaseWorksTM platform.

Invite Clients to CaseWorksTM Portal

Human services professionals can send CaseWorksTM Portal invites to clients to encourage collaboration and improve communication.

Secure Client Portal with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Clients can access information from caseworkers and human services departments in a secure portal with their own login credentials.

CaseWorks Automation

CaseWorksTM automatically assigns a case number, client information, and document type to documents that are uploaded and shared in CaseWorksTM Portal.

Appointment Reminders
