I can't find an email my co-worker sent. How do I find it?
Search [email protected] in your email and click on the oldest email (first sent from this address) to set up your account. The subject line will say – New User Registration


I still cannot find the email after searching. How do I get it resent?
Reach out to your Eligibility Worker or County call center and ask for them to get it resent.
How to reset your password. How do I reset it?
Click on the Forgot Password link on the login page. You will be asked to follow the steps for a password reset.
Make sure if you check your spam or junk folders if you don’t get a reset email.
